If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns of unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a refund follow the steps below:

1) Send an email to support@flushtek.com with your order number, indicating the items you wish to return.

2) You will receive a return request confirmation email with a summary of your request and instructions for sending.  Follow the instructions provided to complete your return; please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3) Once we have received your returned items we will issue a refund to the original payment method.  Refunds typically take between 3 and 5 business days to be credited back to your account
